[R1] Tenable Patch Management Fixes One Vulnerability

Tenable Patch Management leverages third-party software to help provide underlying functionality. One of the third-party components (JRE) was found to contain a vulnerability, and an updated version has been made available by the provider.

Out of caution and in line with best practice, Tenable has opted to upgrade this component to address the potential impact of the issue. Tenable Patch Management version 9.3.969.1 (on-premises) updates JRE to version 17.0.16 to address the identified vulnerability.
